Nails! - Fall Colors

I came upon this article in a magazine.. which showed the new "it" colors to wear on your nails. Sunday morning I went with my mom to get mani/pedi, great place for a mother daughter moment. I was having trouble choosing a color that matched my mood, then I remembered the article, So I went for a pastel blue aka powder blue aka baby blue. I ended up loving this color, bright,girly, and not to over the top. Perfect!
Here are the "it" season colors.. I will be trying all these colors this fall.

Fashion Week in NYC(Lincoln Center)

Today I woke up at 6am and it was still dark outside, which only means that Fall is just around the corner. Today kicks off Fashion week in NYC, now in thier new location Lincoln Center. Fashion week reminds me of when I use to attend Berkeley College in the city and would pass thru Bryant park and see all the tents and models. Real excited to see some of the shows via my tv set. I was reading the newspaper this morning and it was all about the trends for fall. I know I did a post earlier last month on this but here are a few more added.Enjoy my dear bloggers.

Updates

Hello fellow bloggers, Hope you all had a great labor day weekend. I'm here back at work after a nice exhausting 3 day weekend. My dear friend came over with her daughters from Queens NY and spent the weekend with me, we thru a BBQ, and at the nite time we went clubbing. I vowed to never drink alcohol again. Well that was my weekend. Now on another note, I'm preparing to move out into my new place. This weekend I'm going to be surrounded by boxes :(

Diet starts again this week, gotta get rite and and get it tight for my hubbys birthday. Doing the 3 day diet.. really works..

Revlon Just Bitten & Mini Drugstore Haul

I recently bought this new Revlon Just Bitten lip stain, I'm guessing inspired by the big Vampire craze going on. I got to say that I loved it, its color really stands out and stays on for a long time. Made my Hubby stop in his tracks.Seriously,lol. Only down fall is i feel like I'm using a Sharpie marker on my lips because of the way the applicator looks and feels. I also bought the competition from Covergirl which is not as bright but doesn't come with the clear balm vs the Revlon's Bitten.

Good primer for the face for the price. Diminishes pores and wrinkles or scars. I wouldn't say Perfect but pretty darn good!

Club wear

I recently when clubbing with a few friends and my sister, and had searched threw so many stores looking for the perfect dress for me.. when I did find a good dress they wouldn't have my size. :( I finally ended up wearing a dress I had in my closet. Now I found these website with great style and variety in sizes and affordable. All dresses below are under $35. I will definitely be buying one of these for my hubby's upcoming bday party.
